Conditional Admission
*When entering in both undergraduate and graduate of Baruch College, you have to submit the scores of TOEFL and SAT.
*Conditional Admission is available without any TOEFL score with certificate courses by Baruch College - Continuing & Professional Studies. If all the math scores meet qualifications except English, those who do not have TOEFL score of 80 have to register for AIEP courses first and complete level 10 for the conditional admission.
CABP Conditional Admission
For those who don't have the TOEFL score of 79 but from 70 to 78, they can get waiver by enrolling in English Express course(2 weeks long). If the score is less than 70, they have to complete level 10 in CAPS ESL.

Listening and Speaking
This course is designed to help students develop fluency, accuracy, and clear pronunciation in spoken English. In addition, students work on their listening skills through activities with audio and visual materials, dialogue practice, role-play, and note-taking.
Electives

The Contemporary American Business Practices (CABP) certificate, designed
to familiarize individuals with the processes, routines, and best practices of
modern business, is relevant for domestic and international students who are
interested in entering or enhancing a career in marketing, finance, accounting,
international trade and management. The CABP program immerses students
in an interactive learning environment and introduces them to the latest techniques
employed by corporate America--the business practices recognized
globally for innovation, effectiveness and efficiency.
Course Schedule:
During the course of the three semesters, students meet Monday through
Thursday in the evening. Students in the Web Design & Development track
meet Monday through Thursday and four Saturdays each term.

For International Students, the CABP program meets the 18-hour-per-week

With an increased focus on conducting business in a

Accounting Track
Students in this track learn how to develop a set of

This concentration on accounting principles provides

Along with accounting principles, students will benefit
from cutting edge courses in budget management,
financial statement analysis, auditing techniques and

Web Design & Development Track
The CABP Web Design & Development Track is designed to provide International students with the foundation to build and
curate their own websites. This track prepares students who are interested in designing the look, layout, and organization

Academic Intensive English Program Refund Policy
Refund requests must be dated and submitted in writing. Attach a copy of your payment receipt with the Refund Request Form. Processing refunds requires approximately six weeks. All refunds may also be requested as a credit for any class of equal tuition. Full tuition will be refunded if request is received at least two business days before the first class meeting. After this date, refunds will be made according to the schedule below:

Certificate students annual fitness memberships at special discounted

Computer Labs
CAPS labs offer a network of workstations and servers equipped with the
latest versions of most standard software packages and enterprise versions
for developers. Computer lab time is available free of charge, six
days a week. Our computer labs are located in the 17 Lexington Avenue
building at East 23rd Street on the 11th floor.
Practical Training
Upon successful completion of the CABP program, eligible students will
receive a workshop detailing how to apply for Occupational Practical
Training. Document review and further assistance regarding how to
obtain employment or practical training will be provided. Authorization for
employment is not guaranteed.

You can take taxi, bus, subway and the other transportation from JFK Airport to New York Manhattan. We do not provide pick-up service.

저도 현지학생 없는게 좀 아쉽지만...이미 다른 나라 외국인들이 워낙 영어를 잘해서 어학원 다닐때랑은 분위기가 다른거 같아요. 다른 아일랜드나 호주, 싱가폴 등 영어권 나라에서 온 애들도 많구요.
