SPSCC Apartments Only minutes from campus students can enjoy high quality facilities in a convenient and safe location at Capitol Heights Apartments. Their large floor plans offer a full-size washer/dryer, wood-burning fireplace, and large patio/deck. They also have a pool, spa, fitness center and a tanning salon. Apartments are walking distance from SPSCC. There is a minimum 6 month lease required and apartments are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact International Student Services to learn about availability. SPSCC Homestay Program Homestay is a great way to experience American culture. Our diverse hosts consist of females, males, couples with children, single parents with children, retired persons, and persons who practice religion. Your host will include you in activities, encourage you to practice English, and provide you with a private room and some meals.To ensure that you benefit from your experience, our office will assist you if you have problems with differences in lifestyles, culture shock, homesickness, or personal needs. Host families are on a convenient bus line to SPSCC. All SPSCC students are provided free bus transportation using their student identification card.Homestays are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
