The Vacation ‘N Learn program offers language instruction with an approach that integrates four skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing. The specific courses under these programs also include the incorporation of pronunciation, vocabulary building and conversation activities using grammar in context. Students also get one hour of speaking and pronunciation practice in addition to their regular class. The Vacation ‘N Learn program are scheduled in the morning or the afternoon with 16 lessons per week. Intensive English lessons focus on helping you communicate effectively and confidently in everyday.
The wide-ranging syllabus will improve your listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills. The course is offered year-round with sessions beginning every Monday. Building Features 560 Lincoln is a private and secure boutique building with elevator and handicapped accessible. It’s well air-conditioned for the hot Florida climate.
Classrooms There is a combination of 15+ general English classrooms, professional classrooms and private classrooms available with a designated area for our professional program. Some classrooms are equipped with audio and visual technology.
Lounges and Common Areas The student lounge hosts comfortable couches, café tables and several computers for students to socialize, eat lunch and study. There are several outlets and sitting stations available for students who prefer to bring their own laptop. Free WIFI is available throughout the entire floor.Vending machines with healthy snacks and drinks are available for purchase, in addition to chilled water fountains. The professional lounge is privately situated with reserved computers, and relaxing sitting area. Newspapers and professional magazines are supplied daily or weekly.
Computer and Media Lab The computer lab offers 10 full service student computers for full internet access. Outside reference materials including interactive dictionaries, CDs, books, DVDs, headphones, multi-language keyboards and TOEFL test preparation tools are available to students upon request.
