While the school recommends its students to stay with a local homestay family, living in a condominium is also an option. Hawaii Palms' homestay program will provide students with lively experiences. Host families will provide students with 2 meals per day. Condominiums are 15-minute walking distance away from the school building. Convenient facilities such as shopping center, restaurants, banks, beaches and post office are a short walk from the condominium.

Hawaii Palms is walking distance away from world famous Waikiki Beach and Ala Moana Beach Park. The school is also located near Ala Moana Shopping Center, local restaurants and shops that provide Hawaiian atmosphere.Student activities include monthly BBQ, hikes, visiting the beach, sporting events, shopping and overnight neighbor island tours.
