While the school recommends its students to stay with a local homestay family, living in a condominium is also an option. Hawaii Palms' homestay program will provide students with lively experiences. Host families will provide students with 2 meals per day. Condominiums are 15-minute walking distance away from the school building. Convenient facilities such as shopping center, restaurants, banks, beaches and post office are a short walk from the condominium.

Hawaii Palms is walking distance away from world famous Waikiki Beach and Ala Moana Beach Park.
