  International Center for English (TICE) About the
The International center for English will give students the English language skills necessary for academic and social success. Students will quickly master English through expert classroom instruction and through exciting programs and activities offered by TICE. As a TICE student, one will have free and unlimited access to all University services and facilities with the paid enrollment. This includes recreational facilities, student health facilities, the library, e-mail, computer access, student organizations and clubs, and more. There's no need to submit any test scores such as TOEFL or IELTS to start our academic programs at ASU if students successfully complete our ESL program. Arkansas State University is located in the heart of the Mississippi delta, rich in culture and history, alive with the arts and entertainment and regionally convenient to larger cities such as Memphis, St. Louis, Nashville, and Little Rock. Most importantly, it's a safe, welcoming home for international students, complete with Southern hospitality.

Arkansas State University (also known as ASU, ASTATE or "stAte") is a public university and is the flagship campus of theArkansas State University System, the state's second largest college system and second largest university by enrollment. It is located atop 800 acres (3.2 km2) on Crowley's Ridge at Jonesboro, Arkansas, USA. The university marked its centennial year in 2009. ASU's 13,000 students come from all over the United States and more than 58 countries. And what students can study is as diverse as the student body; ASU offer more than 156 fields of study. Faculty members are international too; they work alongside undergraduate students in ASU's outstanding research facilities and are committed to their roles as educators.
