The mission of the International Academy of English is to provide non-native speakers with quality English language instruction in order to help them read, write, speak and understand English at increasing levels of proficiency. We prepare students to communicate effectively in English in a friendly and supportive learning environment. There are Intensive program of 20 hours a week course with 5 different levels, and a TOEFL Preparation course, which measures student's abilities to use and understand English at the University level. Our Las Vegas facilities are located close to all the exciting action of the best resorts, hotels and entertainments. Commonly know as the Entertainment Capital of the World.
Focus of Study : As its mission, IAE is committed to providing excellent English as a Second Language programs to non-native speakers who are serious about achieving the language proficiency needed to reach their educational and career goals, or simply for their own self improvement.
Curriculum : IAE's programs run in 2 sessions of 9 weeks each. Students begin by taking a placement exam the week prior to beginning classes, and all new students begin their studies on Monday. The minimum enrollment period is two (2) weeks, and the maximum enrollment period varies, depending on the level of English skill the student arrives with, the English skill level students want to have when they leave, and the speed at which they progress through the program. Students who successfully achieve IAE's learning objectives are entitled to receive a "Certificate of Participation" when they leave IAE.The program is divided into 5 levels.
Classroom Hour : Classes are held 20 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Class schedule may vary for each level.

NEWPORT PLACE
Newport Place offers furnished, short-term and long-term housing on a monthly basis. The accommodation is roommate-style whereby residents rent private bedrooms (or shared studies) and share the living areas. The majority of the residents are international and American students and interns.

Getting to the school from the airport
Upon arrival at the airport, IAE staff is available to escort students to any accommodations that have been reserved. There is an additional fee for this service.
