The University of Windsor’s Centre for English Language Development has the right program for the students seeking to improve their language skills. The English Centre of the University of Windsor offers the very best quality in English language training. The English Centre helps students make the most of their English studies through intensive language learning, academic skill preparation and exciting social activities. Their English Language Improvement Programs include Pre-University Levels, English Language Improvement Program(ELIP), TESOL Program and English for Academic Preparation Purposes (EAPP). English Language Improvement Program is a comprehensive, year-round English language program in all levels, ranging from low to high-intermediate. The program provides integrated lessons targeting all language areas. Each level takes 12 weeks to complete and successful completion of the final level (ELIP 3) meets University of Windsor English proficiency requirements. The instructors are certified to teach English as a second language and the programs are in operation with the University of Windsor since 1999. The Centre for English Language Development is also accredited by Languages Canada.

Getting to the school from the airport
This unique program provides airport/rail pick-up options for new international students who have arrived in Windsor during September and January. Students must register and provide their arrival details.
