Any cancellation before 28 days of the start date will result in fees being refunded less the enrolment fee. Cancellation

All cancellations as a result of failure to obtain a student visa will be refunded less the enrolment fee.
No fees will be refunded after the commencement date of the student's course,
All applications for a refund of fees must be made in writing. Refunds are payable in 30 days, and are paid directly to the applicant/ bank account from which the original payment was made. Refunds will be paid in the same currency in which the fees were paid, unless payment in that currency is impracticable.
Once the client has started his/her course:
Lessons cannot be cancelled, postponed or curtailed and all fees are due as per original agreement for both tuition and accommodation.
Lessons can be transferred to another person if nominated in writing by the client with at least one week's notice and providing there is no interruption to the programme of lessons. An administrative fee may be charged for creating new visa documentation.

Our students lounge is on the fourth floor with a beautiful sea view and has a TV and DVD player, a collection of English & Chinese books and two cozy sofas for you to study or enjoy a leisure time with friends there...IH Self-service Kitchen. Two self-service kitchens are ideally located on the second and fourth floor respectively. There are refrigerator, toaster, ovens, pan, cups and plates which you can use freely to prepare 3 meals by yourself.
Hotel Accommodation
To provide more accommodation options for the students, we have contracted with a nice business hotel this year which is only 5 minutes’ walk from the school WITH THE SAME PRICE with our school residence. It’s a famous chain hotel in China and characterized for its creative and fashionable style. The guest rooms are well equipped with modern facilities including large LCD TV, high-speed broadband internet access, air-conditioner, under floor heating system, as well as furniture and decorations with boldly modern color scheme. There is also a rich buffet breakfast served daily at the hotel, which is only 10 RMB for one person. And due to its location, the school, shopping center, restaurants, coffee shops, bathing beach and bus station are all within walking distance. We provide both single room and twin room with ensuite for students to choose now!
Surrounding Area
The East campus is located in the district of Laoshan, 15 minutes from Qingdao city centre. Magnificent beaches await the students only 5 minutes away from the course centre. And in the school, you will find air-conditioned and well-equipped classrooms, a kitchen, Internet access and a spacious student lounge with a view of the sea. The West campus, which shares its premises with the University of Qingdao, offers an ideal study setting. Spacious classrooms, broadband Internet access and a restaurant are amongst the facilities available to students. Between classes, basketball and tennis matches on the courts foreseen for this purpose are on the agenda as well as relaxation in the gardens of the school. This is also the opportunity to meet local university students. A shuttle bus service brings you into the city centre which is located only 5 minutes away from the course centre.
