A French school designed for foreign students who want to learn french in Lyon, Inflexyon offers various French courses that are adapted to every student. This course offers 17 hours / week: you can choose your courses. The course is offered at 5levels of instruction; A1 is the most elementary level while Level C1 is the most advanced.
After the 2 written tests you will be placed in a group. This placement will be confirmed during the first week of class with the oral test. Finally, according to your competencies (the difference between oral and written capacities) it can be possible to work in two levels. Regarding the formula you select, you will be able to choose your courses. We propose in each group -in addition to the normal oral production and comprehension activities – 4 hours specially dedicated to oral production and comprehension. Oral classes are in small groups with a maximum of 8 students per group. Our pedagogy is based on proximity between the teacher and the student. Oral classes in small groups are part of our offer and don’t include extra payment.
The school offers the possibility to do a one-hour test a part for the hours of class. This test is organized and corrected by the teachers of Inflexyon. You will be tested on the program of the week, which will contain grammar, vocabulary, written comprehension and production exercises. The test takes place once a week at the hour indicated on the schedule. If you can’t make it at this hour, it will be possible to do the test at home and corrected by the teachers. During some classes, you will be assessed by the teacher in the form of a shot test of 5 to 10 minutes on some points viewed previously in class. The tests will be corrected right after with the students, during the class. At the end of the course, If you wish, it will be possible to pass a final test in the form of a multiplechoice questionnaire. This test will be based on the grammar and lexical difficulties in the different levels. You will also be asked to write a short text of your level. All these assessments will be useful to settle your final certificate of course (Attestation de fin d’étude).

DVDs and books: You have at your disposal in the foyer a large number of DVD movies and books can borrow whenever you want. Class rooms: Classrooms are at your disposal even where there is no class thus you can study in a calm place. However, these rooms are only used for studying and in any condition as a place for eating. Computer room: The computer room is equipped of 3 computers, with high speed Internet connection and a printer. Studying and visioning room: A room is specially dedicated to study and eventually watch television.

That is why Inflexyon offers you a diversity of cultural activities.Inflexyon organizes guided tours with its professors, week-end trips and also helps you prepare for university life in France. Location
Getting to school from the airport
Inflexyon language school has a service for pick-up at the train station or at the airport. Pick-up from the airport or train station to the accommodation place is possible and organized by Inflexyon. The cost is 50 euros from the train station (Part Dieu or Perrache) and 100 euros for a pick up at Lyon's airport.
