Located in the historic centre of Berlin, our language school offers German courses of all kinds - from small group classes covering all levels (A1 to C1) to one-on-one lessons tailored to your individual needs and wishes. Leisure Activities
Berlin is one of Germany's most exciting cities, and with Parlando at your side, you'll soon become an expert in Berlin's wide range of culture and nightlife. Our leisure activities in July and August offer you the keys to the city, with a first-hand view of Berlin's main attractions and not-so-typical sights. See the city's museums, go to the concert halls, the playhouses and the movie theatres. Experience Berlin and its surroundings with one of our bike tours, and when the day is done we'll let you find out where the best beer gardens are hidden and give you the inside scoop on Berlin's bar scene. Because when it comes to learning German, Berlin is definitely the place to be!
Parlando's intensive courses are available for all levels (A1 to C2 according to the CEFR) and are made up of twenty-five 45-minute sessions per week. Lessons are held Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. We offer special course dates for beginners (see right); advanced students may join ongoing courses at any time. The average course size ranges from five to ten students.
Benefit, Goal of this course :
At the end of each level, it is possible to take an exam, the results of which will be certified by a language diploma. This exam is free of charge for students who book an intensive course for at least 8 weeks. The price also includes a placement test and a certificate, you will receiveat the end og the course, detailing the contents of the course and the progress you have made.

Hotel
Be it a modest boarding house or a five-star hotel with marble sinks and gold-plated toothpicks, we can make you feel at home in Berlin.
Decent single rooms are available starting at just €35 a night; double rooms begin at €60.
Hostel
Numerous clean and cheerful hostels are located around Rosenthaler Platz and in the city centre. Prices range from €16 to €32 for a single room and €12 to €22 for a multi-bed room.
Host Family
Especially handpicked by our staff, not only do our host families offer you a roof over your head, they also give you the opportunity to speak German! Get to know the country and its people outside of the classroom for as little as €154 a week (bed and breakfast). Half-board in a single room costs €203 per week.

Parlando is a Berlin language school specializing in teaching German as a foreign language located at Oranienburger Tor, in the historic centre of the German capital.
The Heart of Berlin at Our Doorstep
The area around Oranienburger Tor in Berlin's Mitte offers many inexpensive cafés and restaurants with international offerings, making the location ideal for lunch, coffee or dinner. With the S- and U-Bahn and several tram lines right at our doorstep, we are within easy reach. Moreover, the Friederichstraße, the Hackesche Höfe, the Museum Island, as well as the boulevard Unter den Linden with the Brandenburg Gate, the symbol of Europe's former partition, are all just a stone's throw away.

Stylish Interior
The parquet floors and stucco ceilings of our rooms alone would convince the most industrious over-achievers to repeat a year. Our little tea kitchen invites you to a cup of tea or coffee during breaks. However, despite the old-world charm, there is no need to forego the comfort of WLAN or the numerous computers that Parlando puts at your disposal free of charge.
Activity
In July and August Parlando offers the students two leisure-time activities per week. In the evening we watch stage performances, concerts or movies together. In the afternoon we lead tours of the major and minor sights in the centre of the German capital. And on weekends, we offer field trips to the outskirts of Berlin. In all of our leisure-time activities our teachers are there as guides, ready to answer your questions. Most of the state-sponsored museums offer free admission, whereas the fees for other museums range from three to six euros (participants are responsible for admission costs).
