Accomodation
Host Family Accommodation Staying with an English-speaking Maltese family is an excellent way of maximising educational experience with am Language Studio. Maltese have their own way of life so living in a family environment can be fun, it gives the opportunity to practise English and it will provide students with a cultural experience that students will remember for the rest of their life! Having said this, family homes are not hotels and living with a family is, at times, a delicate thing. Bear in mind that students will be entering a family’s home and that they will have to integrate into their way of life. Choose this option if open-minded, fun-loving and ready to learn about Maltese customs and traditions. It is an ideal choice for students wanting to practise their English and experience living in Malta at an affordable price. am Language Studio is committed to offering quality home stay programmes. Students will receive a Host Family Profile of their host family when their application is confirmed by our letter of acceptance. Should any student have any problem with their host family accommodation, they are to inform the school immediately in writing and the school will do all they can to solve the problem within 48 hours of receipt of the written complaint. Should the school be unable to resolve any valid complaint within 48 hours, am Language Studio will do everything possible to change the student’s accommodation immediately.
Self-Catering Shared Apartments An am Language Studio apartment is the best option for cost-effective, independent accommodation while learning English in Malta. Students have more independence and the opportunity to cook their own meals while enjoying the company of other students from different countries. The apartments are centrally located and close to local amenities like cafés, bars, restaurants, shops and buses and all are within walking distance of am Language Studio (maximum distance 15 minutes on foot). While all apartments are approved by the organisation, each one may offer particular features and different facilities.

It is situated just minutes away from the language schools in Sliema - Malta's no. 1 tourist area and shopping center. I studied in Malta, Am Language Studio, for 4 months. The class was really interesting; I didn’t have time to be bored. I was worried about the fact that there were so many Asian students, but I got along with foreign students well. I was happy to meet students from all over the Europe.
