I studied in a Coleman
College in Singapore for 6 months. I only studied English in my elementary,
middle and high schools, so I basically had forgotten my English. I started the
course without much deeper thoughts, I just took it. After a level test, I was
placed in the beginner class, and there were many students like me. I was
surprised that there are students who are like me, studying from the beginning.
Before then, I thought that only people who want to improve their English go
abroad to study language. This program helped me to solidify the basics of English.
Thereby I recommend this course to those who have forgotten English or want to
study from the complete beginning. I though the college wouldn’t be too
different from a normal Korean language institution, but I was totally wrong. First
of all, in the Korean language institution, you only use English in the class,
but here, you have to use English everywhere. Therefore, English level improves
gradually and naturally. Also I loved the life here, the city is famous to
travellers, so there are so many things to see and visit. I hope this helped
those who are considering the Coleman College.
