Maximum class size is 12, which ensures that students will have personal attention from your teacher. Students will be placed in one of 6 levels based on their placement test results. There is a wide choice of accommodation options:Homestay, student residences, and hotel. First Homestay option is relativelyinexpensive, and breakfast and dinner are included every day. Hosts are carefullychosen and monitored. For student residences, there is Welkin Hall . These residences are available all year aroundthough students are asked to make arrangements as soon as possible. Lastly,hotels are also available for students aged 19 and above.

St Giles Eastbourne is only 5-10 minutes’ walk from
the town centre and beach. The school building is surrounded by award winning
gardens and patios, and there is also a heated swimming pool outside for
activities. Eastbourne is a friendly town, with a population of 90,000,
Eastbourne is a small, safe and beautiful town and it is Britain’s most famous
vacation spot. Students will enjoy staying in Eastbourne.

There are digital language laboratory, library,
student café, swimming pool, garden terrace, computer zone, self-access center,
and interactive whiteboards.
