Our English school in Torquay is only a 3-minute walk from the town center, which has great shops, restaurants, pubs and bars.The town is also well known as the birthplace of Agatha Christie. Getting to the school from the airport
Kaplan Transfers Students should arrive at London Heathrow, Bristol, Exeter or Plymouth airport. We can book your transfer for your journey from the airport to Torquay. An optional meeting service is available from Heathrow, where a college representative will meet students on arrival at the airport and see them on to the National Express coach to Torquay. Taxi transfer prices for 2011 are: Exeter Airport £70 (one way), Bristol Airport £105 (one way), Heathrow £205 (one way). Kaplan Transfer Service must be arranged in advance.

Followed by train service from Bristol Temple Meads to Torquay. Departs Bristol Temple Meads from 0530 and approx. every hour until 1944. Journey time: 1 hour 30 mins (direct) or 2 hours (one change at Newton Abbot or Exeter St. Davids).
